Emma Dodwell-Groves

Emma is a Consultant on the Global Advisory Services team at Sirva, and has over 15 years of experience supporting clients in talent development, global mobility, and cultural training, with a more recent specialization in consulting on diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and environmental sustainability. 

Based in London now, Emma grew up in Hong Kong and has also lived in Indonesia, China and Spain, and has travelled to over 60 countries. She speaks Mandarin, holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Bristol, a postgraduate certificate in Intercultural Communication from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Certificate of Training Design for Intercultural Learning from the School of International & Intercultural Communication. 

In her spare time, Emma enjoys writing and hosting trivia nights and historic walking tours.

Jon Johnson

Jon Johnson, is a Vice President in the Sirva Account Management function. He currently leads a diverse client portfolio across Europe and Asian headquartered organisations. 

Jon brings over 20 years of experience in global mobility with a focus on supporting clients develop fit-for-purpose mobility solutions in a challenging macro environment and uncertain economic times.

Prior to joining Sirva, Jon worked at Deloitte UK and Australia for 15 years where he was a founding member of the global compensation management service in London.  Jon was recognised as Innovator of the Year by Deloitte Australia in 2013 for building a workflow technology platform with a major Australian bank  to facilitate mobility programme offshoring.  

Jon is a passionate cyclist, football fan (both UK & Australian codes) and traveller, citing a solo trek to the Manaslu mountain in the Himalayas as a highlight.

Arabelle Chaw

Arabelle Chaw started her career in the accounting industry at Ernst & Young  with a specialization in Expatriate Tax. This had provided Arabelle with a strong compensation and benefit foundation which contributed to an effective policy management. She moved to the Relocation industry in 2005 and held various positions in operational and management role. As Director of Global Account Management at Sirva, Arabelle is responsible for the overall global client relationship of a tri-regional account, ensuring global consistency delivery of the client relocation program.

Eric Reed

Eric began his career as a Professional Mover and has since served in many different industry roles.  With over 40 years of experience, Eric Reed currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Moving Services for Allied Van Lines, where he supports Allied agents in developing new corporate business. Eric earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University in Irvine, CA in 2010. He holds both a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and a Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (Worldwide ERC). He has also written several industry articles for both Mobility Magazine and Direction Magazine. In 2010 Eric was the only recipient of the distinguished Worldwide ERC “Editorial Achievement Award”. In his spare time, Eric enjoys hiking, mountain bike riding, reading, travel and spending time with family.

Hannah Richardson

Hannah Richardson is currently the Senior Vice President of Sirva's Global Strategic Services. Hannah is responsible for a portfolio of multi-national client engagements, strategic partnership, and business alignment to help drive the client agenda. With over 20 years of experience in talent mobility, Hannah has a deep understanding of the macro trends shaping the industry and understands strategic client requirements.

Luc Innocent

Luc began his mobility career as a household goods coordinator more than 22 years ago, working with another large relocation management company. He went on to work in account management and HR for seven years before joining Sirva in October 2011 as Global Account Manager. Luc has since held Director level positions in implementation and global account management, including his most recent promotion to Vice President of Global Account Management. 

Throughout his career with Sirva, Luc has supported dozens of global customers from implementation through to steady state. He has served as global account manager for two of Sirva’s largest EMEA-based clients, who relocate approximately 1,000 employees within region each year and 3,000 employees globally.

Luc earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography and Archaeology from the University of Leicester.

Mark Cooledge

Mark is an experienced Supply Chain professional with a demonstrated history of working in the relocation industry. He has strong technical, programme and project management skills and also professionally skilled in cognitive procurement, negotiation, intercultural communication, operations management, supplier lifecycle management and has an exceptional flair for the creative. 

Mark joined Sirva in 2000 and has a background in global operations, intercultural training services, account management and supply chain.  He currently leads Sirva’s third party sourcing, contracting, risk & compliance, diversity and environmental initiatives as well as administers Sirva’s supply chain technology platform.

Originally from Phoenix, Mark has spent the last 15+ years in Texas and now considers himself a proud Texan.  Mark has a master’s degree in East Asian Languages & Cultures with a concentration in Chinese studies.

Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson is a Manager on the Sirva CX Transformation Team. He is also the Product Owner for the Core Flex product where he plays a key role in designing, implementing, whilst also delivering demonstrations and workshops to prospective and current clients. Martin has more than 12 years of experience within the global mobility sector and has worked in multiple CX roles from Administrative, to Consulting and Team Leading.

Rita Collins

Rita Collins is the Vice President in the the Sirva Account Management function with more than 20 years of experience in the talent mobility sector. She has worked in Operations and Account Management and has a very strong set of relationship skills. Constantly ranked as one of the Sirva's top performers, Rita is responsible for leading the account management team to deliver consistent best-in-class service focused on client retention, satisfaction and expansion opportunities. She also helps manage and support all client engagement initiatives in-region to ensure teams deliver consistent services globally. Rita also provides guidance for continual product and service process improvements for existing global clients.
Rita earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from Kent State University and holds the Certified Relocation Professional™ designation from Worldwide ERC®.

Brenda Bellon

Brenda Bellon is the Global Director of Intercultural at Sirva. Brenda manages the design and implementation of intercultural assessment, training, and coaching solutions to assist clients with building global competencies organization-wide, assessing and selecting candidates, developing globally mobile talent and maximizing repatriation and career planning. 

During her 20+ years with Sirva, she has managed Intercultural operations, supplier networks, account management and business development. 

Brenda holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Wake Forest University.  During her graduate work, she studied at Tokai University in Kanagawa, Japan.  She also holds a BA in Communication with a minor in Theatre. Brenda also has experience as an intercultural trainer, taught Public Speaking at the undergraduate level and studied Japanese and Spanish languages. Brenda currently lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and daughter.

Craig Kramer

Craig Kramer held a variety of positions in global corporate and government affairs at Johnson & Johnson and worked as a lawyer in the U.S. Congress, a Washington, D.C. law firm, and an international human rights organization. Craig is a graduate of Princeton University's School of Public & International Affairs, the University of Michigan Law School, and Harvard Business School.  He serves as a board member with several mental health nonprofits like Project HEAL , DMAX Foundation, Mental Health Center and Denver WellPower. Dione Rocha-Kolodziej

Dione Rocha-Kolodziej has over 20 years of experience in corporate language and cultural training in Brazil and the U.S., supporting the talent mobility industry for the past 10 years at Global LT, where she is a Key Account Manager. 

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. Originally from Brazil, she is now based in the U.S., where she has been living for almost 20 years. Dione has a deep passion for understanding, respecting and embracing the manifestations of language culture in all its elements. This was inspired by her first truly immersive cross-culture experience when she lived in Australia for a year as a high school exchange student when she was 16 years old.

Elena Corchon-Borras

Originally from Spain, Elena resides in the UK as Manager, Client Strategic Partner, and is a Regional Strategic Partner in EMEA. Having started her career in global mobility over 20 years ago, Elena has worked at Sirva since 2010. She has supported many pharmaceutical, mining, engineering, and confectionary corporations, increasing her exposure to different relocation policies, practices, and client cultures.

In her role as Regional Strategic Partner, Elena has oversight of Sirva’s local service delivery team, providing accountability and control within the EMEA region. She also drives consistency for the client and is a local contact for your regional administrators.

Elena earned an English Literature and Linguistics Degree from the University of Seville, Spain.

Kate Rothwell

Kate has been an accomplished global mobility professional for more than 25 years. She joined Sirva in 2011 as Director, Global Account Management, bringing experience in account management, operations, and leadership from her roles in global mobility teams and as a service partner. 

Kate is the client’s primary point of contact, accountability, and control for all relocation related needs. She works closely with clients to establish mutually agreeable goals for service delivery, implements process enhancements, develops new products, and provides specialized reporting. In the spirit of partnership and commitment to excellent customer experience, Kate focuses her attention on key improvement initiatives and dedicates her time to keeping a proactive and open line of communication through regularly scheduled calls and meetings.
