DEI is a topic that's near and dear to many of our hearts.  It is increasingly recognized as both a business and potentially an ethical imperative. Earlier this year, we developed a white paper detailing a roadmap for those who would like to utilize mobility more strategically to enhance understanding and practice of DEI in their organizations, and a “gold standard” for how relocation can foster diverse, inclusive talent in meaningful ways.
