Arabelle Chaw started her career in the accounting industry at Ernst & Young  with a specialization in Expatriate Tax. This had provided Arabelle with a strong compensation and benefit foundation which contributed to an effective policy management. She moved to the Relocation industry in 2005 and held various positions in operational and management role. As Director of Global Account Management at Sirva, Arabelle is responsible for the overall global client relationship of a tri-regional account, ensuring global consistency delivery of the client relocation program. 

Emma Dodwell-Groves is a Senior Manager on the Sirva Global Advisory Services team and has over 15 years of experience supporting clients in talent development, global mobility, and cultural training, with a more recent specialization in consulting on diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and environmental sustainability.
