Reece Gordon-Mcdermant is a Customer Experience and Operations Manager at Sirva. He has more than 6 years of experience working within the different sectors of talent mobility. Passionate about what he does, Reece is a strong believer in the continuous learning mindset and prides himself in always taking a proactive, and enthusiastic approach to service excellence. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors or learning new skills online. 

Beni Fernando is a Relocation Consultant and has 11 years of experience in the relocation industry. Currently based in London, Beni is a resourceful and dedicated professional with comprehensive experience in customer service, global mobility, policy administration, project management and payroll administration.

Elena Corchon-Borras has more than 20 years of experience in global talent mobility. Currently based in the UK, Elena is a Regional Strategic Partner at Sirva and oversees the local service delivery team within the EMEA region.

Emma Dodwell-Groves is a Consultant on the Sirva Global Advisory Services team and has over 15 years of experience supporting clients in talent development, global mobility, and cultural training, with a more recent specialization in consulting on diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and environmental sustainability.
